1. Leave Valuables at Home: Keep your things safe from pickpockets in Europe or elsewhere by leaving valuable jewelry at home. I love the Compass Rose bra wallet. Just used it on a trip to Paris and London. I do wish it also came in a nude color though. I had to switch to a money belt (which I don’t really like, especially when the weather is hot) when I was wearing white tops so the wallet wouldn’t show. After having been pick-pocketed in Paris on my last trip there I wouldn’t go around without some sort of security pocket or belt.

I have several different Travelon bags. The Classic Messenger Bag is my favorite. It fits everything I need to carry yet is not huge.
We just returned from a European River from Amsterdam to Bucharest and then on to Instanbul. Bought the Travelon bag for me and AlphaKeeper money belt for my husband. Both worked out perfectly. Comfortable to wear all day and provided a sense of security so we could enjoy sightseeing and not be constantly nervous about pickpockets.

Bought my daughter a ScotteVest when she was traveling in Vietnam. It worked great for her. When traveling to a beach resort I love to use a Kyss beach bag. It keeps everything secure and locked up to the beach chair or palm tree. I believe they are now making backpacks too.

My favorite brand by far is Travelon. So many choices. I have the classic cross body messenger bag. They are so roomy and durable. I love the side pockets that can hold a water bottle or compact umbrella to keep hands free. I’m on my second one after the strap gave out after many years of travel. I also have one of their small cross body bags that can also be used as a waist pack for days when I don’t want to carry too much.
I love baggallini purses and bags. I also am a fan of Travelon bags. I love the organization in the bags that keep things easy to access.
