As you Travel Fashion Girls may know, last week my favorite convertible dress company Twelve Ways announced they were doing a free giveaway.
Twelve Ways is not just giving away one, they’re giving away two of their fun and flirty dresses!
The winner of the contest gets 2 dresses: one for her and one for the friend or blogger that told her about the contest! Pretty awesome.
In honor of the big Twelve Ways Dress giveaway, I’m doing a bit of a challenge of my own. I’m going to do a Twelve Ways, Twelve Days Challenge.
The girls at Twelve Ways sent me two dresses a while back: the “Elegant” and “Casual” fabric both in Black. Initially, I thought the “Elegant” fabric looked like it might be a bit more travel friendly, so I’m going to put the “Casual” fabric dress to the test. Since I’m currently “living abroad” in Thailand and haven’t been moving around too much I haven’t had the chance to give the dresses a good wear and tear.
As of Wednesday, I’m going to wear my “casual” Twelve Ways dress every single day for the next Twelve Days.
I’ll post up a daily picture on the Travel Fashion Girl Pinterest page so you can check out my personal looks. From days bumming it to partying, you’ll see it all. Starting tomorrow I’ll be wearing the dress to go on a visa run to Malaysia!
The reason why this is an extra challenge is that I currently live on a Thai island with a very relaxed atmosphere so I can wear the dress short or the top without covering my shoulders. Going to Malaysia, however, will be a different story. I’ll need to cover up more so I’ll get the chance to truly let you ladies know if I can take the dress from the beach to the temples.
If you want to find out more about the Twelve Ways Dress Giveaway, head over to the Twelve Ways website for more details. Right now they’re also offering free shipping!
And remember, share the contest on Twitter and Facebook so you get more chances to win!

*I’m not getting paid to do this promotion. I did get the dresses for free but I really like them so I want to play travel dress up!
Do you have a direct link to 12 days of same dress, 12 ways from Oct. 2012, I can’t seem to find it. Thanks.

That sounds like a fun challenge wearing it 12 ways for 12 days. My friend used to have a dress that could be worn a lot of different ways too – the looks were so different, especially when she changed up the jewelry. 😀
Hi! Yes it is a fun challenge indeed 🙂 I like the fact that the dress can be worn as 3 unique items more than the 12 ways “looks”. I don’t think my outfits will be very glamorous but hopefully a bit fun!
